"I tell everyone I know where we get our grassfed beef. Just a little story.... we had thawed a couple of steaks for dinner one summer eve when friends unexpectedly rolled in from out of town. With no time to thaw more meat we went to the store and bought extra steak. Just for fun we cut the store bought steaks into pieces and made sure that everyone had some of each and didn't say anything. Everyone commented on the difference. Your beef was the best hands down! In fact, the store bought beef was left on the plate while the grassfed vanished. It's good stuff!

USDA OKs rule on grass-fed beef label~ "Animals cannot be fed grain or grain by-products and must have continuous access to pasture during the growing season". Our beef have 365 days of free access to grazing with supplimental hay during the winter months.

Why is Seven Springs Beef better?
- Our cattle are provided free choice access to the best, nutritionally organic based mineral supplement available! Browser and Grazer Mix, by Dynamite Specialty Porducts, is a chelated, mineral based supplement, organically formulated to provide a complete and balanced profile of nutrients, necessary for pastured livestock.
- Our cattle are raised free of steroids, growth hormones and antibiotics.
The cattle graze from birth to maturity on nutrient rich, grasses grown
without the use of chemical fertilizers and herbicides.
- Our cattle are handled humanely, matured from birth, as nature intended. Situated in the foothills of the Oregon Cascade mountains, allowing our cattle to graze on lush, hillside meadows, drinking clean water provided by one of several springs within the ranch property.

- Our cattle are processed by a local butcher. You decide the size of your roasts, thickness and number of steaks to a package, request custom or specialty cuts and, most importantly, control the percentage of fat added to your ground beef. Cryovac processing is another custom option available.

How do I purchase Seven Springs Grass Fed Beef?
- Contact us ! We are happy to make recommendations, as to what size beef might be your best choice! sevensprings@centurytel.net or 541-496-3123 for reservation
- The beef is sold at $2.20 per pound, based on hanging weight. The hanging, or carcass weight will range between 450-600 pounds. Beef is ordered by the whole, half or quarter section. (Processing fees will add approximately .90 lb)
- The beef is then dry-aged, until ready to be cut and wrapped. Normally that time will vary from 10-14 days up to allow for the meat to age, naturally.
- We are happy to accommodate delivery within the state of Oregon, whenever possible!
