The Great Room is a sophisticated and elegant space designed to function beautifully for both corporate and social event planning.

  • State of the Art electronic support system include wireless internet, DSL, IN FOCUS, S-video & VGA projection system, HDTV, DVD, CD, VHS, DISH satellite and wireless microphones.  Flip chart, dry erase board and lectern on site.
  • Conference seating for 100, theater style, 80 conference style  
  • Events planned for May-October for outdoor venues easily accommodates 350
  • Complete concessionaire's kitchen features dual microwaves, ovens, refrigerators and freezers.  Punch bowls, coffee urns and table decor are available for use.

Our corporate clients appreciate the attention to detail, professional appointments and accommodating staff. The facility is available for corporate clients Monday - Friday, from 7am to 6pm. The room rate includes; room set up, fresh coffee, tea and bottled water.

The Loft at Seven Springs is Douglas County's premier event facility! The beauty of the surrounding valleys and forested hillsides provides a secluded setting for weddings and social events for those desiring a spectacular outdoor location! We provide 3,600 sq ft of covered pavillion area as auxillary use for the unexpected Oregon showers!

  • Events of 300 are easily accommodated for indoor/outdoor celebrations
  • Covered, additional 3,600 sq ft for outdoor venue for dancing, dining or display area
  • The custom designed, hilltop Gazebo offers breathtaking views of Mt. Scott and the surrounding area
  • State of the Art electronic support system allows for custom video and PowerPoint presentations and wireless internet.
  • Concessionaire's kitchen allows for an elegant on site rehearsal dinner or other celebratory activities.
  • On site event planning available, upon request.

Event Rate: May-October: $2,500 *Seven Springs is unique in thier ability to allow a generous amount of pre and post event preparation time without charge. Private guest house is available for the bridal party for pre-event use.

Events scheduled for November-April are limited to the number of guests we are able to accommodate indoors, please contact us directly regarding facility availability, promotional and off season event rates.
