• Spring-Summer Events for out of doors, easily accommodates upwards of 300

Our corporate clients appreciate the attention to detail, professional appointments and accommodating staff. The facility is available for corporate clients Monday - Friday, from 7am to 6pm. The room rate includes; room set up, fresh coffee, tea and bottled water.

The Loft at Seven Springs is Douglas County's premier event facility! The natural beauty of surrounding valleys and forested hillsides provides a spectacular, secluded setting for weddings and social events for those desiring an outdoor location! We can offer 3,600 sq ft of covered pavillion area as auxillary site in case of the unexpected Oregon showers!

• Events of 300 are easily accommodated for indoor/outdoor celebrations
• Covered, additional 3,600 sq ft for outdoor venue for dancing, dining or display area
• The custom designed, hilltop Gazebo offers breathtaking views of Mt. Scott and the surrounding area
• State of the Art electronic support system allows for custom video and PowerPoint presentations and wireless internet.
• Concessionaire's kitchen allows for an elegant on site rehearsal dinner or other celebratory activity.
• On site event planning available, upon request.

Event Rate: May-September: $2,000 *Seven Springs is unique in thier ability to allow a generous amount of pre and post event preparation time without charge. Private guest house is available for the bridal party for pre-event use.

Events scheduled for October-April are limited to the number of guests we are able to accommodate indoors, please contact us directly regarding facility availability, promotional and off season event rates.
